Coach Gill became Head Coach in 2022. He was assistant coach for TCHS Bowling since 2018. He recently completed his United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Bronze Level Coaching Certification in addition to previous Level 1 Certified Coach training and is also a USBC Registered Volunteer Coach for the Youth Bowling League at Southland Lanes Collins Bowling Center since 2015. Coach Gill was awarded the President’s Silver Volunteer Service award in 2023. He is an avid bowler himself bowling in adult bowling leagues since 2004. He holds a high sanctioned league average of a 202, a high series of 710, and high game of 278 in tournament competition.
Coach Hunting joined and became the Assistant Coach for the bowling team in 2022. He is also a USBC Registered Volunteer Coach for Youth Bowling League at Southland Lanes Collins Bowling Center and recently completed his USBC Bronze Level Coaching Certification. Coach Hunting grew up in a bowling family and starting bowling as a youth bowler at the age of 10. He has spent many years coaching and helping on various youth leagues and tournaments with his own children. He competes in adult leagues and tournaments since 2002, including a yearly trip to the USBC National Tournament, where he bowls with his father. He holds a high sanctioned league average of a 198, a high series of 779, and high game of 279.
Our schools are closed Sept. 30 through Oct. 4. Students return to class on Monday, Oct. 7.
