High School Graduations Set for May 30 & 31

High School Graduations Set for May 30 & 31

Fayette County Public Schools confirmed its last day of school and announced the 2024 high school graduation dates during Monday’s regular meeting of the Fayette County Board of Education. The last day of classes will be Wednesday, May 29, since FCPS met the required instructional hours and days without needing to use any weather make-up days. The commencements will be in Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center, and each ceremony will be livestreamed on the FCPS YouTube channel. 

Thursday, May 30:

  • 10 a.m. – Lafayette High School
  • 2 p.m. – Paul Laurence Dunbar High School
  • 6 p.m. – Tates Creek High School

Friday, May 31:

  • 10 a.m. – Frederick Douglass High School
  • 2 p.m. – Bryan Station High School 
  • 6 p.m. – Henry Clay High School
